Sigale Seeks Supreme Court Review of Conceal Carry Case

The Law Firm of David G. Sigale has filed a Petition for Certiorari in the case of Culp v. Raoul, which challenges the State of Illinois’ concealed carry system which results in law-abiding persons from 45 states being prohibited  from filing an application for an Illinois CCL solely based on their state of residence, regardless of qualifications, training, or lack of criminal or other disqualifying history.  Plaintiffs are law-abiding persons from six states and three advocacy organizations (Second Amendment Foundation, Illinois State Rifle Association, Illinois Carry).  The Court may decide whether to hear the case as soon as mid-December.
